Hi All,
I'm keen to get out under the big black again this month. I'm wondering if anyone else is keen to get back out to the Pony Club.
Last month's attendance was great, with an excellent variety of scopes and trailers!
Who's in?

Yes Shane
Hoping the weather is kind.
I have it pencilled in my calendar.

I could be persuaded if the forecast brightens up a little. Looks like a better than even chance it will be OK, but the seeing might not be very good with the jet stream screaming along at over a 100kts.
I'll make a sacrifice and maybe put up a couple of things for sale to see if the gods can be appeased.

Oh, get ready for an invasion Rick.

Hi RB,
I can't make it this month but I hope to get up there for next month's new moon.
I need to test out Rod's new toy "The Glenfallus"
Looking forward to catching up with some old friends and to get to meet some new "Coasters".
I will bring my 14" SDM with me!
Cheers
John B
John, it’s always something to look forward to when you visit.
I can’t wait to catch up with you, Rod and the guys.
Till next month’s new moon mate.

Hi folks I am having day surgery on my right eye again. 3rd time in 4 years.
The surgery is scheduled for 4 pm Friday, so I can’t make it. I hope this surgery clears up the eye which has gone all milky and cloudy. Maybe I should t use the word cloudy... sorry, I did it again.
Anyway I’ll catch up again another time..

Thx everyone for the kind wishes about my eye. I’ll keep you informed after the Star Trek type surgery that is possible now. A few decades ago people with this condition would have lost their sight in that eye. Maybe a tweak in magnification as well as a repair would mean I didn’t need a scope anymore.
Holding steady at DEFCON 2 mate.
Geoff, thinking of you buddy, hope all goes well and we'll catch up soon.

Perhaps a bit of Trek tech will fix you up nicely.

Hi all,
I'll be watching the weather to see how Saturday night is panning out, I can't do tonight.
Geoff - hope the eye surgery goes well.
Looking forward to seeing everyone soon (perhaps some of you tomorrow!)

My take is that Saturday is a bust :( , best opportunity is Friday. Unfortunately I have to be up early Saturday morning :( and probably shouldn't come out tonight. I'd stay much later than I should. ;)

Clouds building in the west.
CFN indicates very poor conditions from 7pm.
Just touched base with Rick.
We both reluctantly are withdrawing.
Anyone going?
I hear there is a Blues festival on at Mangrove Mountain community hall tonight (6pm to 11pm).
Be watchful on Wisemans Ferry Road.
Very windy atm and conditions are deteriorating.
I'm not going tonight either.
Catch you guys next time round.
RB
