First Time Visitor

Blue-rock Thrush
This is the first time this bird has been seen in WA, and only the second time in Oz. The first time was in Qld in 1996. I just happened to be passing by when I heard about it. It has bought twitcher's/ photographers from all over Oz. What a great experience it was.

It breeds in southern Europe, northwest Africa, and from central Asia to northern China and Malaysia.
