I ordered this book nearly 10 days or 2 weeks ago and it was delivered to me yesterday, sounds a nice book to my collection, now i am thinking about another book similar to this one but for NGC or IC targets, nice to have catalogues or books for targets of DSO, if you have something about that please let me know or recommend.

If you want a more comprehensive set of books with more objects than you could ever observe in a lifetime, I would recommend The Night Sky Observer's Guide, set of books. A wealth of detail for various size telescopes.

I would highly recommend Hartung's Astronomical objects for Southern Telescopes. It was a rare collectors item, but now back in print!

Ok, but i have to skip those books talking about Southern targets or skies, i live in Northern sky, so i have to pick carefully.

Thanks!

I still second Jeff's suggestion of the Night Sky Observers Guides. Get Volumes 1 and 2 for the northern sky to start and then volume 3 later. They are the best and offer a lifetime of observing suggestions. Next would be a good atlas. I've tried all the well known ones, and found Interstellarium Deep Sky Atlas the best all round atlas.
