As in the film wetting solution?
I would try Rewind (https://www.rewindphotolab.com.au/)at Broadway. I know they have some dev chemicals in store.

Not sure if they have many chemicals but you could also try Sydney Super 8 (http://www.sydneysuper8.com.au/) in Newtown.

I've heard of people just using some heavily diluted washing up liquid instead but I haven't tried it.

P.S. I would have mentioned Blanco Negro, as they're the biggest, but it looks like they're closed until late September.

back many decades ago now when I was chemical processing film I used, non soap liquid pretty diluted. The only reason for using it is to reduce the surface tension of water so that you don't get drying streeks of to get a good glaze if you are producing gloss prints. Anything that doesn't interact with glycerene will do the job.
