West Macdonnell Ranges

I was out the West Macdonnell Rages close to Ellery Creek Big Hole when I took these images.

Single exposures taken with a Sony A7R2 with Samyang 14mm f2.8 lens.

Some noise reduction and sharpening applied in PP.

Three years ago about this time I was doing sky tours
with my laser pointer and 10x60 binoculars at the Ellery Creek camp ground.:astron:
Received a lovely bottle of Wolfe Blass wine for my efforts.:)
Beautiful but rigid part of this wonderful country.
I did the Larapinta walk.
