Adapter for FS60CB to Feathertouch 2” Problem

I have bought an adapter to be able to use my Feathertouch in the FS60CB the problem I’ve encountered is it screws into the ota half way so it fits but I just dare not force it in case I thread it any advice would be helpful

Andrew, just check the other end of the 127mm tube.... i.e., remove the objective cell and turn the tube end for end then reinstall the objective and try the adapter on the opposite end... I found that sorted such an issue for me once...

Tried it the other way round with no joy but a mate at work said apply some silicone spray so did that let it dry then it went on no problems a perfect fit and saved me a small fortune so thanks Flash ,Just thought the info might help someone else who could be having a similar issue......
