Hello all, i gave the comet a go during the week and found it hard to match some of the fantastic images i have seen of it.
Well done to those that have been able to get this awsome event onto the sensor, it has been a buzz seeing it in the western sky all week, and something i will remember forever.
Here's a couple of shots i mnaged to get of McNaught's.

Man, I dont know what you mean by saying you found it hard to match other images of the comet - what you have posted are some magnificent photos, in my opinion!
Well done!

Hi, thanks for the nice comments, what i meant when i said matching other peoples images was the awsome looped tail i have seen in alot of pics, i just couldn't get it to show in mine:shrug:
I am very happy with my pics though, and feel great to have had 3 images on spaceweather:thumbsup: page 16 and 19, what a buzz this comet has created, unforgetable.
Houghy, the last pic was taken with the 5d hutech, 50mm f/1.4 @1.4 13 second exposure at ISO 3200.
When does the comet come back around for another imaging session:eyepop:
