Just wandering how these Taiwan eyepieces perform against the Silvertops and the Meade series 4000 Japan non smooth side.

They're not quite as good as the Silvertops. Maybe slightly less sharpness and contrast. But still decent if you want a Plossl.

Was considering one for my 1.25” EP set. I want a good quality set for my C8. Already have WIde fields.

Might hold out for a Silvertop

You have to wonder which marketing dullard came up with the name Halloween for their EP's.... Are they made out of pumpkin? Do they show ghosting? :)
