Greg what scope are you using? That is a pretty wide field.

Cheers Andy. There are a few widefield areas that suit this field of view and Rho is one.

Love this region of sky and this particular take on it. Lovely rich colour and great detail.

Not too sure about that one Greg.
I like the framing you've got but something's going on with the colors in the blue area. Not sure if it's color noise or clipping. Stars are burnt and it looks posterized. Details are good and in focus though so worth a repro.

Thanks Simmo.

Thank you for that.

Yeah the blue area has been stretched a bit too hard. I agree I'll do a fix up. I might even get a bit more blue exposure tonight. Blue seems to be the weaker signal in this area.

The detail and colour rendition looks pretty good, the reflection nebulosity can get pretty faint though.

Yeah I know the step where I pushed it too hard. Simpler to start from scratch and repro it. Thanks. I am happy overall with this new widefield setup just need to watch a few things.

Thanks Colin. I'll do a repro from scratch tomorrow to fix up the blue noisy areas and stars.

I was going to get more data on it but I changed the setup slightly since this was taken and they no longer line up well enough.
