Comet Mcnaught 2006 P/1 from Leyburn

I took several shots of the comet but concentrated on the tail to see how much detail there was. 2min exp, canon350D, iso400 at 18mm so the tail covered an area of at least 45 degrees by my reaconing. A fantastic sight.

Nice one Alan. I heard you held the fort while the others wandered off to a nearby hill. It seems your a regular out there now. Will be heading out that way in March, so I guess I will catch you then.
