no colour in jupiter what am I not doing?

Well, I have this ZWO ASI224 MC colour camera, took an .avi video of 90 sec through my Esprit 100, using Sharpcap, put it through Pipp to de-bayer it, , then through Autostakkert to stack it, then into Registax 6 and never a hint of colour. I tried all those wavelets, up, down, left, right, RGB align, RGB this and that, but no good either. I must be doing something wrong......
Any suggestions you guys, who produce such amazing colourful pictures!:shrug: Losing heart:(:(

This worked for me - Autostakkert was the issue.

Sorry! I must have posted in wrong place. I thought it was in astrophotography - another "Senior" moment! Thanks AstroJunk, will try that operation in Autostakkert:D
