Orion Optics UK VX10 OTA ... 250mm f4.8 OTA

The OTA includes

- Parallax rings with D Series dovetail
- GSO 10:1 focuser
- Curved spider vanes
- Flocked tube
- Mirror cooling fan

I purchased this from an IIS member just over 18 months ago and have been using it on my AZ EQ6 mount....

The mirror is in excellent condition.

The OTA also comes with a Zygo wavefront analysis certificate, which indicates:
- Strehl 0.985
- PV wavefront 0.118
- rms 0.020

Due to the size, and lack of packaging, pickup only (Adelaide metro).

Hi all,

I have had a couple of PM's to whether I would consider posting the scope. In light of this, I may consider posting if the buyer is willing to organise a courier/transport and for the company to appropriately package the scope as when I purchased the scope, the packaging was not available. I would be happy to drop the scope off at a depot, if this assists.

In terms of weights etc…, the OTA itself weighs 9.6kg and the dovetail and 2 rings weigh in at 4.4kg. From memory, the tube is around 1,150mm long, but I can confirm measurements etc...
