Tripod Adaptor

Hi,

I have an evolution mount and an AZEQ6 with tripod.

The evolution mount tripod is a bit 'wobbly' with a C9.25.

Does anyone know where I can get a tripod adapter for the AZEQ6 made up or purchased so that I can use my Evo mount head it?
