PC refers, in this thread, to the Pony Club at Mangrove Mountain North of Sydney. A key holder is required to open up the gate. Perhaps someone will reply.

Yep..., you may be right..., two consecutive New Moons. I can not believe no one from the old crew are meeting at all, perhaps just not at PC.
Perhaps they just do not like my company. Strange.., one can not see me at night, all I do is stare at stars do not make any noise, just minding my own business.
This is turning to **** and I need to do something to keep my passion alive and the hobby going.

I think you will find some folks have been away travelling, or sick, or just don't want to go out in the cold. It's not all about you. ;)

Hi Joe,
Yes I understand your frustration.
I have been interstate for the last three new moons (just back last week).
I too am surprised to hear nothing happened while I was away.
But I am nursing an injury sustained on tour and may be out of action for a while yet. (The cold doesn't help).
What can we do to revive the enthusiasm of the group?
I've been sick as a dog Joe, for two weeks straight.
Couldnt make it.
Don't take it personally.
I don't, when you don't respond other times.
People have things on constantly, have to deal with sickness or family matters.
The kids are young adults now, need more family time.
I attended Rod's new scope first light a few months ago, was hoping to see you there but you didn't make it.
Maybe next time.

Yes it is frustrating Joe and I understand your passion. I agree with RB in that family matters are always there at times. I have been dealing with family matters for about 2 years now and would love to get out under the stars more often. For me though, I hope to be able to get out more come August and have just had my 14" mirror re-coated in anticipation by Wayne Sainty, so I am still very keen on participation with all the group again. I have always enjoyed your company Joe along with everyone, so don't feel singled out. The best may be yet to come. Cheers mate.:)
Cheers Rick, can't wait to catch up with you and the old gang soon.
I have Cuban cigars, aging nicely, for us mate.

So there is some life left in the old crew..., nice to hear.
Yes..., could not make it to Rod's party..., last minute work call.
Hope to see you all soon....
I will bring some new toys to play with, Joe.
