Finally got a moment of clear sky to play with the new LiteCrawler. After messing around with focusing, framing and guider calibration I managed 30 minutes of Lum before the clouds rolled in. In any case the moon was almost 100% so it was never going to be a great night. Despite all that it is nice to have something to show for 2018.
Thanks for looking!

That's a well framed and interesting field Peter.

Looks like collimation sorted! Stars look nice and round corner to corner.

I reckon the flatener spacing is still a bit off. Look at the shape of all those big bright fuzzy stars on the outer field. :P
Hi Peter,
Part of Markarian's Chain (M84, M86 etc). Very nice!

Good one Peter. It's always nice to get some results in the bad at the end of the night.

Thanks Josh. It is one of very few objects that is well placed for me at this time of the year. I've been adding some more data over the past couple of nights and hope to get some colour soon.
Hi Troy. It is definitely getting better but might still need a slight tweak. I'm also contemplating another look at the spacing to see if there is any room for improvement there.
Very true Rick. The new focuser is working well and providing much more consistent V-curves so hopefully I'll get more consistent focus going forward. I've read that the SN10 is quite sensitive to that.
All going well so far Geoff. It took a while to get the rotator direction and limits and focuser backlash settings right but they seem to be working properly now. The backlash compensation works a bit differently to the sharpsky driver.
Marc, that might be true however I'm more concerned about the lack of Dijon at this stage ;)
Yes - that probably would have been a better title!
With the recent Brisbane weather it has been challenging to get any result lately. The outlook for the next few nights is looking slightly more positive.
