Celestron Edge 8" 0.7x focal reducer

New condition, bought the reducer but never got around to using it, stored with dessicant. Has metal screw on caps on both ends and box.

Does the reducer work for visual? Any other accessories I would need?

Hi Tom, according to people on cloudynights forum, including Rod Mollise, the reducer works well for visual though you can simply use a longer focal length eyepiece. If you wanted the reducer for imaging you could also use it for visual but I don't think it's worth having for visual only.
