Not much here compared to Jupe 1234 but there are more moons to get to cooperate. Realistically whether the alignment is 1 thru 8, 1 thru 7, or 1 thru 6, the 2 thru 6 order is covered by all and they are the easiest moons to spot. In case you don't know the family names:
1 = Mimas
2 = Enceladus
3 = Tethys
4 = Dione
5 = Rhea
6 = Titan
7 = Hyperion
8 = Iapetus

Just remember "MET DiRT, HI!" for the first letters of the names. (Tomato shields up)

SATURN 1 THRU 8 IN ORDER ON
APR 13 2007 AT 0615 TO 0815UT (1 is near ball:1 meets 2,1 near ring width)

SATURN 1 THRU 7 IN ORDER ON
MAY 02 2007 AT 0245 TO 0445UT (1 is near ball:2 meets 3,1 near ring width)
JUL 31 2007 AT 1445 TO 1900UT (1 is near ball:2 meets 3,1 near elongation)

SATURN 1 THRU 6 IN ORDER ON
MAR 20 2007 AT 0615 TO 0800UT (3 departs 2,1 is halfway between ring edge and ball:1 meets 2,1 near elongation)
MAY 08 2007 AT 1430UT
SEP 18 2007 AT 2245 TO 2345UT (1 and 2 near ring edge:2 meets 3,1 near ball)

What you see in parentheses is (the starting condition, notes : the end condition, notes)

The May 08 1-6 has no start or end because, to save program run time, I just look at the configuration of the moons every 15 minutes and print the output if it satisfies the "in order" conditions. This one is obviously very brief (28minutes max if you assume 1416 to 1444). I also limit the position of Mimas to greater than 1.25 times the Saturn planet, or "ball", radius. Use the trick of moving Saturn's ball out of the field to try and see Mimas!
