I posted an image of CTA 1 a little while ago. Here's it's somewhat brighter brother, CTB 1.
Supernova remnant CTB 1 in Cassiopeia is the remains of a violently exploding star. It's approximately 10,000 light-years away and occurred between 7,500 and 11,000 years ago, shortly before I went to school.

Thanks Steve, Josh & Mark!
Ta, Mike! I think the shell rupture at the top LHS adds to the resemblance.
Thanks, Joel. I mapped Ha as red, Oiii as Blue/Green (then mapped cyan to a more blue shade) and used Sii as a mask and reduced green. The Sii didn't really contribute a lot.
Thanks, Greg!

Looks much like the Spaghetti Nebula you did a while back with the Rokinon 135mm :P
Faint sucker given the 80+ hours!

Thank you, Ross.
It does look a bit like that, Colin. Only much, much smaller! They were both very faint...
