A couple of cool galaxy groups in Pegasus. These are crops from the same field which is pretty much chokkers with galaxies. Oh, and there's integrated flux nebula as well

Thanks, Mike! That's NGC 7549. NGC 7550, the bright elliptical has some nice, subtle structure in the outer halo too. I might try pushing the faint stuff a little harder in a repro...

Superb fov in the high res. That little hooked face on is pretty cool. Lot of dust around indeed. Great star colors too.:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Exquisitely beautiful, Rick (and team). Everything about this image is delicious.
Even though you've got 37 hours of data, you've not made the mistake of trying to give equal weight to every photon and every pixel; you've concentrated on showing the beauty of the (very many) main players. Wonderful!
Best,
MnT

Thanks, M&T! There's still time for me to abuse and misuse those photons in a repro
Thanks, Martin.

That's really awesome Rick, beautiful images, and drizzled as well, must be some large sub-exposure file sizes there.

Very nice! This gets me excited for galaxy season coming up soon (in the Northern hemisphere).

Thanks, Bill. Fortunately, I have a new processing computer and it makes short work of drizzling lots of large subs!
Thanks, Joel. We're hoping to get a few more less common targets this time around.

A beautifully executed image Rick. Your trademark superlative processing and a lovely field.

Thanks, Greg!
I have done a small tweak to boost the IFN a little more: https://www.astrobin.com/full/331663/B/?nc=user

Love the tweak Rick, but there’s something wrong with the pointy stars  ;)

Must have been a long week, Dunk. They look OK to me? Maybe tomorrow I'll figure out what you meant...

Very nicely done, ripping them out of the new machine I see.
Btw, the copyright on the image is showing 2017.

Thanks, Chris. I'm spending less time surfing the interwebs while waiting for PI :) Thanks for the heads up on the copyright message too.
Thanks, Allan. I have plenty of data in the queue!
Thanks very much, Geoff. See you at the AAQ AGM in a couple of weeks?
