Thousand Oaks Type 2+ glass solar filter

I'll be honest - as much as I know how safe these are, I still feel VERY nervous looking at the Sun, so, apart from using it twice, that is it.

These fit the Taks with a 145mm dewshield (TSA-102, FS-102, FC-100 old model, FSQ-106 all models etc), or any similar sized dewshields (or fit thicker felt to the periphery and fit it to smaller diameter dewshields).

Condition is excellent - no scratches, no pinholes, no cracks. Will be sent in a sturdy pizza box :lol:

New - if you can find one since they are discontinued - is $89 US, excluding post.

Inner diameter 145mm.

You can add more felt or foam to reduce the diameter to fit other scopes.

Hmmm I measure my scope diam at 146 mm , how accurate is your measure of 145 mm ?

It'll fit. Just push as its the felt that provides the friction, not the aluminium cell.
