First LRGB images

Ok, it had to happen, my first LRGB image.
ASI1600mm with WO FLT 110mm and 0.8X reducer/flattener (spacing not right, still eggy stars at corners).
I also added Ha for some fun as well (second image). Hmm, just noticed the second image is a bit dimmer than the first...
Straight forward processing, no fiddling, just data as they were captured.
Here comes the steep learning curve, LOL
NGC253, 4x5min subs in each filter.
Comments and suggestions welcome!

Good Detail needs more colour make more time and money if this is
your first attempt it is pretty good

Hi Bo,
your refractor would be a lot better used for nebulas.
Can you 10" f4 fit on the EQ6?

Thanks Martin, I was just trying to get the basics of the image acquisition, stacking and processing, based on my previous DSLR experience.
I used SGP so had to learn that on the fly as well, so glad I managed to get something at least. I didn't apply flats to the images, so there is a fair bit of artifact in them.

I can mount the 10" f/4 on my EQ6 with an extension bar and extra counterweight, but didn't want to take on too many challenges at once :rofl:
For now, I intend to get the image capture, stacking and processing routine down first and then will try to mount the reflector.
I do love my frefactor though, very forgiving as it gives a reasonable wide fov.

Hi Bo,
The 10" f4 will collect light so much faster.
