Jeff Foust reports in a 19 October article at space.com (http://spacenews.com/flaws-in-nasa-provided-detectors-to-delay-european-astronomy-mission/)that problems
found with infrared detectors during testing are likely to delay the
ESA Euclid space telescope mission by up to a year. The spacecraft
had been originally scheduled to launch in 2020.
