Finally found a bit of time and good weather to get the camera out again a week or so again. Made the short trip to one of my favorite locations to do a panorama I have been thinking about for a while.

Lovely. What a spot eh?

I would soften that hard edge of the pano with the blur tool to feather it into the background.

Wonderful composition. Milky Way season is just about over now for several months.

Lovely Greg.
I think the way you've displayed it, really helps to feel like you are there.

Thank you very much Joshua and Greg

I assume you are referring to the hard edge caused by the natural rock face of the cliff against the background sky Greg. Not sure I would like to soften it as it is not a blend of tracked versus untracked. All single basic tripod images.

Yeah the core of the Milky Way is now pretty much done for the year. That is why I went up to this location for this shot on a Sunday night before work. It was a case of do it now or wait another 8 months or so. I tried several times to do this image last year but was thwarted by either cloud or too much water blowing back onto the camera from the falls.

No that's fine I meant the edge of the sky at the top where the sky ends. Its an interesting effect though, I assume you didn't crop because it would eat too much of the image? Personal taste really not a criticism.
