i wanted to process it different so it is not another orion again!!!!

Tried to make it loom like cloud on the blue parts, and keep details in the structure.....

i know, there will be lovers, haters and so on.....

I LOVE IT....

Good on you for pushing established boundaries Diego!
M42 is a challenging target to make an aesthetically pleasing Narrowband image, but you have risen to the occasion here
Very well composed & framed, but I reckon if the browny bits were a tad more golden and complimentary to the blue in colour it would be even nicer...
A great start to the summer target season, well done!

Very nice but reduce your font size on the credit, and realign it possibly? Distracts from the image somewhat.

Awesome detail in the image though.

I don't comment often on images, but this one not only stirs the imagination, but is innovative beyond an APOD...

While not an enthusiastic fan of this kind of artistic, stylised and manipulated colour imaging...there is certainly something about this one that is attractive and intriguing as a picture, so, I like that .

Interesting

Great work Diego. You've succeeded in doing something a bit different but very pleasing to an old (but challenging) fav
