I am currently capturing aurora from the Great Ocean Road. Not stunning, but definitely Aurora!

I've left the camera doing 30 second exposures for the next few hours and I'll see what comes out :)

Hazy conditions, but as my first aurora photo, I'm happy enough :)

cool, never even seen any aurora let alone try to get a crappy photo, so I'm jealous

Seeing one is the hard part - photographing one is easy :) I still haven't seen Aurora Australis, but I have seen the northern lights (and they weren't that spectacular)
