Hello, just wanted to share my version of bino-chair as inspired by the starrocker made by Don M which i found on the cloudy nights forums.
here is the link to the star rocker https://www.cloudyni...r/#entry3001251 (https://www.cloudynights.com/topic/235877-bino-chair-starrocker/#entry3001251)
I tried to use as much recycled materials as possible in this project. The only thing i bought new was some nuts and bolts, a chair swivel bearing assembly and an extra bit of ply for the base. Most of the plywood I got from a carpet store who had decent quality plywood pallets they wanted to get rid of. I am an upholsterer by trade and was able to gather used webbing, foam and excess vinyl from various re-upholstery jobs i had done. I think the total cost was about $60 bucks.
hope it gives you ideas!
Leigh
