For those attending IISAC who may be interested in observing satellites while waiting for:
a) your scope to cool;
b) the sky to get dark;
c) divine intervention to evaporate the dew;
d) all of the above:rolleyes: ...
here are some preliminary predictions for satellite passes and Iridium flares.
One document lists the Iridium flares brighter than magnitude 1 (and there looks like some bright ones predicted at this stage!:thumbsup: ) as well as the visual satellite passes brighter than magnitude 3.5. Unfortunately, there are no ISS or HST passes predicted.:sadeyes:
The second document is a list all predicted visual satellite passes brighter than magnitude 6! Just in case... well... just because really!;)
I'll try to update these on the Tuesday before IISAC (before I leave).
