This is my first image for quite a while due to camera problems and a few other issues. The field is centered on IC1438 in Aquarius. Seeing conditions were pretty bad and more data would have helped but it's another rarely imaged object from the Sakib Rasool list which most people wouldn't have seen before.

Cheers

Steve

Moving away from your tiny planetaries aye :P
Nicely done Steve. Seeing really is everything though, also the one you have the least control over.

Thanks Colin. I've still got plenty of planetaries to do so there will be a few more from time to time.

Thanks Kevin

An interesting group of galaxies. That ring type galaxy is unusual. Nicely done.

Greg.

Nice Steve, that central galaxy looks just like NGC 5101, only a little smaller

Must have missed your post before Steve.

That's a lovely group, and very enticing. Nice contrast between the central pair and the Magellanic fellow at far right.

Glad your gear is up and running again.

Best,
MnT

Thanks MnT. There have been other distractions as well as gear but I'm getting back to it again.
