Do you know the age and model?
It was new in 2005. A sticker on the box says 11067-XLT and then Starbright (91067-XLT) It's the metal tube model.

Hi KG8,
I couldn't see much info on the net on your C11 as it is the metal tube. I'd love to see full specs in particular weight.
What mount do you use for it?
I understood you are looking at decreasing your scopes collection but would you be interested in anything at all in terms of trade?
Cheers.
Is the weight about 12kg?
Should be a great scope but the optics have improved alot since the EdgeHD celestrons have taken over.
It would need a big NEQ6 or better.

12 kg is the Aluminium tube, but this one shouldn't be too far. EQ6 sounds about right for it.
Currently in the early stage of window shopping to upgrade my DOB 10" I keep this one in the wish list.
Yes it's an aluminium tube, I just weighted it and it's 12kg. I have an EQ6-pro here and that's what it was mounted on.
The edge system is better for photography no doubt, I used this scope strictly for visual observing and for that purpose you wouldn't notice a lot of difference. I doubt anyone serious about astro photographer would use a C11 anyway, they are just too slow.
Here Bintel has the Celestron C11-A XLT OTA which is essentially the same scope new for $3,499, around $2000 more than i am asking.

There is little point in comparing mine to the Celestron Edge HD C11. It is a different scope and lists at $5,499.00, $2000 more again on top of the current XLT.

Believe me, this is a bargain. I have owned several C11's and they are great performers. Not "edge" but still extremely capable imaging scopes, especially with the planets. Do an image search in google for examples. If you are starting out, this scope would be a gift simply because of its versatility!
