So what do you think of the new 32" F-infinity wall mirror?
Every time I see it I think big dob ..and an appreciation of just how big a real 32 inch telescope mirror really is!

Better dew control has also been considered -a gas fired heater is being installed under the mirror next week.

Maybe.if you polish it from the center out in time ...

I presume that the atomic clock sitting just to the left is for timing transits etc?

heya Julian, um yeah I don't use that clock for my occultation work, but it does keep better time than our electric clocks when the power goes out!

LOL... would make a great one for pulling a few legs at a star party ... put a centre spot on it, ask someone to use a laser collimator and ask "well if its collimated, why can't I see any stars ?"
