QHY8 vs 5D Mkii

Hi guys, next up on my upgrade list is my camera (I've been slowly but surely upgrading everything I have). I have a budget of around $800. I've narrowed it down to QHY8L (thats currently on sale here) or a Canon 5D Mkii from gumtree. From a pure image quality point of view, which will produce a better image in terms of resolution, sensitivity and noise?

Being that the QHY8L is cooled and the canon isn't I would go with the Qhy.
Whilst you will get a wider FOV from the full frame canon, the cooled QHY outweighs that IMHO.
I see you already have a modded and unmodded camera so step up to a cooled CCD (even better if you can stretch to the QHY8pro)

Ive already sold the two dslrs. I jumped on the qhy so i guess ive graduated from dslrs!
