cartes du ciel is free and has a lot of available catalogues. It's a good place to start.

Correct me if I am wrong, but in my experience, the planetarium type programs don't do a good job of depicting the Clouds.
There is:
Morel M. (1983) “A Visual Atlas of the Large Magellanic Cloud”, Mati Morel, 30pp + 7 charts and
Morel, M. (2001) “LMC Visual Atlas”, Morel Astrographics.
which I was able to borrow from my local astro club library (and this, in my opinion, is what belonging to a club is all about - having access to a specialist library). But even these I found detailed and almost confusing. The clouds are depicted in Uranametria 2000 quite well, but the scale is fairly small.
I do have some other maps in electronic format if you would like to PM me.
