Where did your doggie thread go Les?

It seems that the dog thread wasn't breaching TOS, but it was an unsavoury topic that would be offensive to some so I wouldn't complain about its removal.

My fault I would say.
Let's all relax and move forward.

It was removed. It generated complaints to the moderators rather than discussion. And that's a shame but it's the way it is. I've discussed it with the Mods and I understand their point of view.

I didn't even realise that people would complain rather than debate directly. So that's my mistake. The TOS are quite reasonable. It's the way we choose to interpret them that's flexible.

I've been offended by discussion topics here but I didn't choose to complain. I either debated openly or ignored them. Others choose to deal with things their own ways.

Each to their own I guess.

Well its good you have taken things so well Les.
Reminds me of a joke.

An older lady rented a flat.

She rang the agent.

"I must complain..I can see the man across the lane naked in his bathtub."

The agent rushed around to check.

"Madam I can not see the naked man in the tub... are you sure?"

"Yes I certain am, climb up on top of this wardrobe and you will see everything".
