whilst imaging M20 on Thursday Night and while processing I noticed a small streak on the bottom of the image turns out it was Asteroid (40) harmonia it lies 187.2 million klm from earth and has a diameter of 108 klm big chunk of rock
I have made a crude GIF its only tiny in the image but I have placed an arrow to mark its path thanks for looking

That's pretty cool :)
I saw a GIF last week of someone capturing it as it moved through M20.

Thank you Louie and Colin I was quite amazed my self catching this it is my first asteroid and such a small dot on the screen but the 106klm diameter of the asteroid is quite large glad it is not heading our way that would make a rather big bang if it collided with Earth .
cheers Pete
