Got a brand spankin new skywatcher flattener reducer for my ed80. Got to test it out tonight albeit bright moon and thin clouds. I only managed to get 3 lights before it was complete cloud cover. Mixture of 5 min and 2.5 min subs at iso400. Im so glad I can frame eta in to one frame without crazy field curves around the edges. I MAY have oversaturated it a tad bit since I was lacking exposure time :P

EDIT: the jpg looks terrible at 200kb :(

field looks pretty flat, I'd say the test was successful!

Like the colours. And such a flat field.

"None more flat" to quote Nigel Tufnell.
It blows me away how much more you get with a flat field.
