The two great nebula's

Gday, had a great night of stargazing....finally on annual leave and the first time in ages where i just got myself immersed with looking upwards :) Had some time to take some pics of M42 and the Eta Carinea neb

Ric, i had a go at both of those last night as well, was out untill about 3am, but alas, the tracking wasn't happy, or it was the occasional stiff breeze that caused little vibrations, anyway, total delete job, but i was a good night in all, very clear.

I was hoping to spot another one of those Fire Balls, but it was not to be.
