After having dreadful smoke filled skies for several days we had a wind change on Monday and found visibility excellent on Monday and Tuesday nights.
In fact it was quite amazing how steady the seeing was.
Monday night spent most of the time vising old favorites including galaxies in Reticulum and Dorado. Plenty to see there.
Tuesday night decided to explore new galaxies to add to my log. Those seen listed below
1421 Eridanus
246 Cetus
1042 "
1052 "
1055 "
M77 "
2207 Canis Major
2280 "
1964 Lepus
1832 "
2090 Columba
2188 "
M1 Taurus Crab Nebula ( The first time I had seen it. Just fantastic with the 17T4 and the NPB filter  )
I then finished off with the usual favorites Orion..Tarantula..Eta Carina.. Helix..Tucanae..NGC246 PN.
We're feel so lucky to have such a great home site to be able to see a wealth of DSO'S on any good night. Looking forward to the new moon and hope there will be a few smoke free nights
