iPhone video of Ganymede emerging from shadow behind Jupiter. :D

Due to the magnification (4.7 Ethos) it was a little difficult sometimes to keep the image drifting off screen.

Spectacular video Barry. Really enjoyed watching Ganymede slowly emerge from Jupiter's shadow. Impressive hand guiding too at high magnifications or did you have servocats whirring in the background?.

Steve.

ServoCat but there was a bit of wind which didn't help. At the time I was concentrating and fiddling with Jupiter so wasn't expecting a moon to emerge but then I noticed the small pinprick of light and just went with it.

Later on afterwards the wind and the tracking steadied lol. With the 4.7 Ethos the EP magnification was 631x plus the iPhone onscreen zoom maxed out, so lots .
I put it up because I thought it was kinda interesting you can really see the line of shadow on the moon.
