So what's new? The way the sky's been lately...

We've been that busy lately we set aside this weekend to go camping, but everywhere we would usually be interested in going (and taking the scope) will be very hot hot and with very little if any water... plus the moon phase is not the best...

So with Lyn's kids soon to be with us next year, we thought we'd change pace, so we're going up the central coast for a weekend on the beach. We're going on the BMW, down the Bells Line of Road and through Wiseman's Ferry. Staying at a cabin at a caravan park in The Entrance. Just the two of us.

Hoping for fine weather and good surf!

Al.

Sounds nice all the same, have fun on the beach.
I sometimes get away for dirty weekends, camping, fishing and nature photographing on my KLX400, but alas there is no room for a pillion. The 9x63 binos come along if possible, and on a bike you meet the most interesting people when out and about.

The Entrance is nice, Al.. I'd be happy to catch up if you want to interrupt your dirty weekend?

PM me for my mobile and if there's some free time i'll take a drive out to the entrance.. it's only 25 minutes away from me.

Arrived back safe and sound. Had a thoroughly enjoyable time! :D

The ride down the Bells Line of Road and through Wiseman's Ferry was very good. Nice and relaxing. I hadn't been through Wiseman's for about 25 years...

Got to The Entrance and had an excellent Thai meal for lunch, then checked in to our cabin, and lazed for an hour ot 2. Then off to the beach for a fix of salt water and some body surfing, followed by a photographic expedition along the shores of Tuggerah Lake, aand than an excellent italian meal for dinner.

Today we packed up and rode home via the Old Pacific Highway, Berowra Waters and the Bells Line of Road.

Very enjoyable!

Al.
