Testing the canon 200mm f2.8 L lens out on half the moon 28/11/2006

the first shot is with the uv filter still in place on the lens, the other shots are without the filter, and slightly different settings.:shrug: Taken with a 350D unmodded on a wibbly wobbly giotto tripod (poor thing almost bent at the knees with the weight of the camera and lens:rofl: )

At least its the first clear skies I have seen for over 2 weeks:rofl: :whistle:

Not bad at all. These look very similar to pics I took with my Fuji S5000 a year and a half ago... Actually, I think yours are just a tad better.
