This is my recent attempt (a rather skinny one at that) of NGC 2467 - aka the Skull and Cross Bones Nebula in Puppis. This started out as some test images on the new CGX mount but there was just enough data for a complete false colour rendition. Image consists of 12 x 300" Ha. 8 x 300" Oiii, and 4 x 300" Sii, so 2 hours total narrow band integration time. SHO pallet used. Camera was the ASI1600MM-C, running at -25C. Scope was the MN190 (f5.3, 1000mm fl). Mount was the Celestron CGX. Processed in DSS and Photoshop CC.
