For sale is my CPC 1100
I’ve found this hobby has evolved significantly for me over the last 12 months to the extent that I very rarely use the large telescope and prefer to use binocular telescopes instead for 2 eyed observations.
As such, this scope is being moved on.
Details and inclusions as follows:
CPC 1100 XLT GPS
Feather touch micro focuser
Baader 2” click lock visual back
Bintel dielectric 2” diagonal
2 x Celestron 3” Losmandy style rails (top and bottom of optical tube)
Celestron illuminated reticle RACI 9x50 Finders scope
240v to 12v transformer (for running scope from mains power)
Handset with latest firmware upgrade
Skywire Lightening cable accessory for running the scope from SkySafari with Apple device
Celestron Tripod mount
Asking price: AUD$3,900
there’s probably about $1000 worth of extras included in this. Whilst I’ve upgraded the focuser, visual back, and diagonal, scope will also be supplied with all the original Celestron items that it came with including a 40mm Plossl eyepiece.
No other eyepieces are supplied with this sale.
Price is local pick up and buyers are welcome to arrange inspection. I can arrange freight to Eastern States via Couriers Please but count it being ~$300 to $400 as the main box would need to be large to allow for packing foam as well as the OTA with forks. Rest of the items can fit in smaller boxes/packages.
