Thanks Gary... that's extraordinary !

What I find astonishing is that for the burst to be measured in milliseconds, the source can be no larger than a few hundred meters (maybe a couple of km)

Had just read the article on Universe Today website, not even going to try to get my head around the physics involved but it is fascinating all the same.
