Lucky imaging at a million frames a second would be cool if we can get read noise down to negligible levels :) Thanks for the update, Gary.

480 memory cells for each pixel will probably take some considerable space on the chip and thus possibly lower its sensitivity. Interesting developments nonetheless. I really like the 92dB dynamic range at 30 frames per second in the Canon chip!

Whoooo!
With that speed you could have a spectroheliograph image the whole solar surface in 0.0005 second!
Not sure even my new super fast MSI computer could handle that frame rate!
