The image doesn't necessarily have to have been taken this month but we do encourage you to go out and enjoy the challenge.

The winner of the public vote, which will be run at the end of the month, will get to choose next month's topic and have their photo added to our "Photo Challenge Hall of Fame" thread.

Just to let you know I will be going "astro-camping" for a few days, over the New Year period, I think without internet coverage.
So the deadline for the December Challenge entries will be extended to the third of January, ono.
Hope that is OK.
Voting will be setup after that, and will run for the usual three day period.
