Regrettable Sale of this Beautiful 12" SCT ACF OTA,
Price was $4500
Now $4,000 ono
This is just Tooo Much Scope for this black duck as Im going back to my faster Newts for wider field Imaging.
This 'Showroom Condition' scope has an Advanced Coma Free Optical System which produces very sharp stars across the entire field. The Optics are in immaculate condition and the Scope is approx 3-4yrs old at most - has never been opened and the inside is virtually spotless - please click on the detailed pics if interested !
I have adjusted the collimation when 1st purchased and it has held very true since - again, see pics.
Comes with the wider Losmandy Bar (which has some light normal wear scuffing) and a very near new condition Astrozap Dew Shield.
I do believe I have an F6.3 focal reducer for it aswell, which I will throw in; as for Eye pieces, I should have one spare standard 2", what size Im not sure, will suss out tomoz & confirm.
Also has the fully Padded cardboard box it came in, but will not ship at this stage !
The OTA weighs in at 35lbs = 15.87kg which works very well on the Neq6p mount with a 3rd counterweight
