8" Telescope on a Dobsonian wooden mount.
This Telescope was made by Astro-Optical Supplies of Sydney in 1988,
The mirror is 8" (203mm) Diameter with a focal length of F/7.2 (1472mm)
it has a 2" - 1.25" eye piece holder and a 8 x 50mm RA finderscope.
The mirror has a small chip on the edge but does not effect performance as I have always placed it underneath one of the mirror edge clips so no light falls on it anyway.
This is a good telescope for a young person starting out in astronomy.
No eyepieces are sold with the Telescope.
