Ngc 55

This is my first post on this forum.

NGC 55 is in Sculptor, but not strictly part of the main Sculptor group, being only about 6.5Mly distant. It is thought to be similar to the LMC though it is somewhat larger.

The image was shot over 3 hours, RGB only, with ASA10N at f/3.6, Moravian G3-16200 camera, Astrodon filters. Mount is ASA DDM85A unguided.

It was a dark site (SQL 21.3) but por seeing ~4"
