I'm looking to connect my Gigant OAG (M54 male) to my 71mm APO (M48 Male). Does anyone know where I can get this Adapter. Or can make one up for me? Nearly all of the commercial sites seem to have the wrong sex at one end or the other.

They do the M54 Male to M48 Female with no M54 Male to female converter available. Doesn't get me to where i want to be. They are also on my S..T list as they took 15 months to resolve a problem with the 71mm APO from when I bought it last year.
