Looks good Phil but its waaay too small for a proper look :(
Can you post it somewhere as a larger file so we can really enjoy it?
Cheers
Mike
Looks impressive Phil...
Was this a single 30 minute exposure or 3 x 10 minute? Any post processing done?
I have the some comment as Mike - The STL11k will generate a large image, why not let us see it in its full glory. :)
i made it bigger for you guys only prec. is level cuves dark frame and it was one 1800sec exp.
Thanks for the larger image Phil. I'm suspecting this image is seriously cropped considering the F/L of the NP101.
Nice work. How are you finding the STL11k? Any guide star location problems? Are you doing any RGB's or just capturing luminance/Ha frames for the time being?
Yeh i use a remote guide head with the STL-11000m with the E-Finder this make a good guide scope when doing narrow band work and i also use R.G.B filter to. The HA/S11/0111 filters work very good at getting rid of light poll. But they are very exp. But once you have then you will love then the colour in the photos are very nice .

Beautiful, Phil! Haunting!
Hi Phil, those Ha filters really show objects in a different light. :)
No pun intended . The fine structure is really evident.
A wonderful image.
